• Easy actualization of objects! If you have a new object to offer, just fill in your form and send into the net. Same easy way for pictures! You do not need any special and expensive extra-software, everybody in your office is able to handle the system!

• You get a special agents-code and all your objects start with this code.After the code, a continous number is chosen as objectnumber.

• You can aswell create your own objectnumber (beside the official systemnumber!) and add your number aswell to the object. Lateron, if you wish a listing, you will get your AND the systems-objectnumber.

• The very unique speciality of our system is, that every agent can integrate the database on his own pages aswell. For that you integrate our systemcall on your page and with just a single command, he has got his OWN database on his pages, completely independent of Mallorca-Finca. His own page is aswell created basing on the same logical scheme as Mallorca-Finca, but every visitor has the impression, that this is the agent´s complete OWN database! • Statistics of months or object are always able to receive. You always are informes, how often somebody has looked at an object, looked at the pictures or filled in a form.
